Union Energy Services Limited was incorporated in Nigeria under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 5th of April 2001 to engage in engineering repair and maintenance services. In 2005, she was re-focused to close the gap in indigenous participation by being a direct service provider through strategic alliances with owners of proprietary technology to major E & P companies. Union Energy is a wholly owned Nigerian company.
